Hi there.  It’s time for another fun challenge over at the Really Reasonable Ribbon’s Ramblings Blog.

This time we have a theme of ‘Anything But a Card’, and don’t forget to add ribbons or trims to your project.

Today I have a fun little mini-album.  It’s been forever since I made one of these and I think I’m hooked!!

I love all the ribbon and cording pretties accenting the tags.

I’m on a kick to use all the tools and ‘stuff’ I just had to have, and my Bind-it-All is one of those tools I don’t use as much as I should.

I found the directions for the fun little album pages of this book on YouTube, but I didn’t have 12 x 12 papers, so I had to take some time to work out the sizing for 8-1/2 x 11 paper.  I like all the little pockets and fold-outs on each page.
You can see the page on the left not only has a pocket, but it flips out too for more photo or journal mats.  (See photos above and below). Each page has a slash pocket in front, a center pocket, and a pocket and flip out page in the back.  Wowzers.
Another nice thing about these pages is you don’t need double-sided paper.  This is made with plain old single-sided lightweight (cheap) paper!
I clearly got a little carried away and made too many pages.  lol
I had to keep the embellishments pretty flat since the book is already bursting.  ðŸ™‚
I had a blast making all the little tags and doo-dads on my Silhouette.
I have to do a little paper shopping (hehehe) and try one with 12 x 12 paper.  Once I get all my dimensions figured out, I’ll share a tutorial.
I hope you’ll head over to the Really Reasonable Ribbon’s Ramblings Blog and play along with our challenge.  Any type of ‘non-card’ project is welcome.
Thanks for stopping by!
